There's a different between sore, in pain and injured. If your sore get up and get to work if your injured listen to your body.

Thanks for the video. What do you do to get your back flexibility? I have a hard time keeping my back from rounding when I do exercises with kettle bells and also when doing dead lifts. cheers.

Don't you think there's a few tests before and after every event of the crossfitgames? Maybe you just need to work harder and maybe you can be up there on the youtubes motivating people.
I won't dispute they're on steroids, but thinking they'll die before 40 because of it is simply ignorant. Do some actual research on steroids, including the countless people who have lived past 40 years old (every single professional athlete ever since the 70s or so that's lived past 40, for example).
Jatok crosshitters die before 40 because they take pro bodybuilder amount and make zzzzzzzzero gains. This exercise only waste crossfit exercisers lives.
The point is not to make muscle gains, the word fit doesn't refer to muscles or being lean, you poor dumb boy
