Here watching, as weird as it is I kind of miss Christmas watching this! I feel like it went by really quickly this year.

We just put our Christmas ornaments in boxes!!! I didn’t organise them!!! My teenagers wanted the decorations up beginning of November and down on Boxing Day!!! I don’t mind wen we put them up and take them down!!! We have surf decorations ready for local comps up!!! We mainly bought blue and sliver decorations for Christmas and Hanukkah this year!!!

We are going to be in a country where they don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day!!! Snow stuff isn’t Christmas to us because we live in a hot climate!!! I’ve definitely started planning for 2025!!! We have a digital command centre!!! We don’t meal plan!!! We buy stuff for our favourite meals and we plan for certain meals in the store and we often switch them around!!! We love fairy bread!!! Bread with sprinkles on!!! I like to have a spare of certain stuff!!!

Those Bible covers are awesome and practical!!! We love hillsong kids music and my older kids grew up with their bible curriculum before they put it out as it was made at hillsong church and we went to that church in Sydney!!!

I’ve not thought of homeschooling for 2025 but I made goals for the school year!!! We have 2 school paces and we love that style of homeschooling and the slower pace as a lot more teaching moments in the everyday!!! I have littles and teenagers who I love spending time with but morning basket time with teenagers is different as we can’t always get to it but they love it!!! We often can’t do morning basket in the morning!!!

We buy small gifts up to Christmas and then a custom surfboard for my kids apart from my babies!!! My younger kids are surfing but not on our local beach but they go over to the next beach with their grandparents as I don’t want them surfing in high swells yet!!! My older kids do if it’s safe for their skill level!!! We love our Lego advent calendars!!! I love the hot chocolate idea!!! We often do cold chocolate milk but we live in a warm climate!!!

Great goals! It is so good to remember to enjoy the moments and give ourselves grace! Glad we could host this together!
