    Agreed. The best part of the video was the simple trick at the end to use a 2x4. Makes me wonder now, gotta play around with other pieces of wood I might have laying around in in case I can get the same effect without having to spend money on a tool. =) Thank you.

    I admire your taste in quality items, but as a mathmatician,you have failed horribly, I mean you are the perfect meme of "Tell me you've never read a tape measure before;without telling me you've Never red eight ape mess you're beef ore 😂 The way you actually said <<<[ TWO SIXTEENTHS ]>>> and just tried to act like it didnt happen..🎉🎉😅😅😅😅😮😮😮😮.... My tape measure doesnt have a graduation mark for <<<[TWO SIXTEENTHS]>>> It has a grauduation mark for <<<[ONE EIGHTH]>>> 1/8 <<<[ ONE FOURTH]>>> 1/4 <<<[ONE HALF]>>>> 1/2😅😅😅😅 Can you read [ 11/33] and [Seven Fifths] on your tape measure also????

    If you are only interested in a Double 6 set. Marion is the way to go. They offer a tournament size domino set without having to go Double 9. If you only play Muggin or Bergen or All 3's. The Marion set could be the set for you. Practically the same size and has spinners.

    The hell are you doing buying expensive gizmos from the Internet, bro, when you already have the cheap and genius concept to hand? I'd have never thought about that method myself and it's so obvious, but you'd need something to pull out the first slat with, though. Thanks for posting.

    On the eBay Black Pallet Buster did it pull the nails out with the boards better than the Amazon Aluminum where the nails went thru the board? I ordered 2 of the Black ones yesterday off of eBay. I had some eBay bucks to spend, so that knocked the price down some. I'll need to get two steel pipes though, but I definitely see this cuts down the labor time than using basic tools or a 2X4. 👍 Thank you for posting the review Marty! Just FYI - Since this was videoed a while back, the link for eBay has expired. Here is the link I purchased mine from and looks the same as yours. www.ebay.com/itm/193474668898

    I would not have thought it made a difference. We played dominoes with old sets (maybe 80’s vintage) and I loved how they felt. Weighty, super smooth, with a nice click clack. No spinners. We came home and got out our cheap set and I was very disappointed. Nothing like the old ones. Question, though. If you get a double 12 set, can you just take out the ones with numbers above nine to get a double 9 set or are the combos different?

    • @SlabBulkhead
      @SlabBulkhead 3 роки тому

      Yes, you can remove excess dominoes to make any size set you want. If you took out all the 12s you would have a double 11. If you also removed all the 11s and 10s you would have a double nine, etc.
