The rhythm of life and death. Our thoughts and feelings. The order and chaos of the world and the way they work together.

Hello everyone, my name is Abraham Martinez from Mexico City, and this is my Artlist Creative Fest Entry 2022 in which I reflect on my greatest passion in life: Stories.
Since I was a kid I always really enjoyed all kinds of stories, from those I saw in movies and series, to those that my parents or my friends told me. My fascination with stories was always there, but it took me a while to understand where that fascination was specifically located. Was it the media in which I saw them? Was it the movies? Was it literature or theater? Was it the people who told them or their way of doing it?
I think the answer that makes the most sense to me is simple: They help me get to know myself better every day and inspire me to keep improving as a person.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this minute and a half of video that I create and I hope it inspires you a little bit.

This helps me find the strength to let my light shine from the core of my true self so I can fight against the forces of evil and retaliate against those who wronged me. I refuse to retaliate in darkness but with my light. without fear i become the warrior of the light to help those in need and pull them out of the dark so this world can be a better place.
My son was born at 25 weeks, I was overwhelmed by fear, for both him and my wife, they are both at the hospital. I listen to this everyday before going to see them, so I can tame my fear and fight for them. I must not fear, fear is the mind killer.
This is more prolific wisdom than anything in ANY holy book.

Thats one of its uses, yes. I once worked in a psych ward (nonmedical) and noticed one of the therapeuts use it as an affirmation prayer with patients. Imagine my nerdy delight.

The delivery of these lines is so atrocious - it is like someone reading a script for the first time at the initial practice for a high school play
Word. I was trying. But it's giving awkward "go around the room, and take turns reading aloud-" and we hit the one that's a little behind...
That comment sounds like it comes from a place of fear. 😂
The first part sure, it sounded like the person forcing pronunciation of the words. The repeated one though sounded better, like someone trying to convince themselves
I think she just wanted it to be livelier (less like a mantra or robotic words) and give it more emotion and expression. She delivered them a bit more theatrically I guess, if you don’t like that just quit the video and don’t call her delivery “atrocious” as if it was a general truth, it is just your impression of it. I enjoy the way she portrayed it.
@nbj6284 um...the first line she read didn't sound d lively or theatrical it sounded as op said like someone reading lines they never expected for the first time...that said it got better. Social media has a lot of critics and one can wade through the insults sometimes to find some helpful advice in the comments.
