thank you, hero!
This was great again. I also sincerely request you to communicate with us the way some of your videos used to, like you are talking to us, like you explained lupus anticoagulant for an example.
Thanks 🙏

Thank you very much. Simple but precious
this was an incredibly helpful video. it was simply explained!
Is the transformation from normocytic to microcytic anemia in the later is due to inhibition of iron absorption and use up all the iron storage left from reticular system hemosiderin.
Excellent😊
Thank you mam!! Bless ur heart
Can i know does this type of G6PD is safe for water fasting? Since water fasting also will destroy the old red blood cell
I have it and recently did 10 day water fast w dash of celtic salt in the AM; followed by 11 day juice fast totaling 21 days straight of fasting. Had some health discomfort that the fast provided relief from. No adverse effects from the fast aside from typical food cravings and lack of energy sometimes. When I started the juice portion had some Detox symptoms of face and some body acne. I used green apples, Cilantro, Parsley, cucumber no skin, ginger no skin, lemon with skin, celery and half tsp cayenne pepper (all organic). Hope this helps.
@kkelly1311 Thanks for reply..yeah just want to know if it's safe for everyone.

Thank you thank you 💗💗💗💗

Can you have lupus if the panel is negative
Hi I had Renal TB and now my platelets had been dropping slowly over the past 3 years. It is at 34 at the moment. Do you think TB is still present in my body. My Kappa/ lambda ratio is 1.18. Or do you think something else could be wrong. I’m so confused. 😊
Great video Dr Onwuemene! I am I hematology fellow and this is always confusing. Would love to see some example cases if you have some.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

No one single video on UA-cam tells/explain the Difference a Negative or a Postive outcome AFTER taking this test. How hard is that?
Wow this was an amazing explanation. Thank you)🙏
I am 25 years old and have monocytosis (14%) and low HDL. I have no other symptoms, any idea on what’s going on? I am a medicine student

this video hit the target. many many thanx
Hi is I just found out I have this desees is it contagious ??
This is an amazing way of explaining the coagulation cascade. Thank you very much.
Excellent! Thank you.
I’m late in viewing this video, and I don’t know a lot about platelets or coagulation. I was a nurse, so I’m familiar with medical terminology to some extent, but my questions are very basic. If PF4 is released by activated platelets, what causes platelets to become activated?
Best
Nice content 🎉
Wow a very brief but very comprehensive video Thanks a lot 🎉
omg thank you so much. I have no idea why I never understood this throughout med school, but now that I'm finally almost done (if I pass step 2 lol), it makes sense the way you explained it
What about not having a normal mcv recorded by blood tests but having normal iron studies?
I am currently going through this as a patient. Weight loss 2 years ago, but has since stopped. I actually gained some weight. A period of night sweats, bone pains that has stopped. Gastro issues that are ongoing. Vision issues, hydronephrosis in 1 kidney supposedly due to kidney stones. Monocyte count was 1300, but the percentage is 7.4%. Neutrophils were 14,500 and at 81%. Lymphocytes are 1600, but at 9.4% very low. I do have hypothyroidism as well. CMML thoughts has me nervous. I'm hoping it's lupus.
You made it so easy to comprehend a complex concept!
Well presented
Thank you this vid helped me a lot.
Thanks alot what a beutiful sound stuck in mind
Thank you for this! I understand this so much better now :D
