Merci Chod ! Thank you for sharing (: I used to work for Northern Dene Airways in YSF. Previous to flight duties, we often delivered fuel to the old northern store / homes of Black Lake. It’s great that you’ve posted this history. Thanks again (:

I never knew about this at all not up until now Wow ❤
Alla Bogdan knew Putin intentions of invading and destroying Ukraine at least 10 years prior to last year.
Beautiful dialect. Nizhóní
I know it is Cree and French but somewhat intelligible to Ojibwe in a way. Well how the man is speaking.
As a Dene Elder, age 84, and being away from Patuanak since 1944, I still speak the Dene language. I have no one to talk Dene with, but I was born with it and will not lose the Dene talk. I am a Residential School survivor from Beauval and grew up away from the Dene people. So, I want to encourage the people in La Loche to keep their language strong. In the far future, the Dene communities will come to you to help them revive their lost Dene Talk.
Love this ♥️
