Mel! Kel! Have you brought all your podcast episodes over to YT?!? How did I not know this? I loved revisiting this episode - it brought back so many happy memories for me hearing your voices again! ( Also, so special that you filmed this in 2020 during the pandemic - what a snapshot of that time in history!) Catherine was so fantastic to give this interview, I absolutely loved that she was so generous talking about so many aspects of her creative process. I loved seeing her original copy of twilight that she annotated so heavily for her inspiration. I was amazed she showed her Look Book and talked about how much of her devotion to nature and the environment affected her concept of how the twilight movie should feel. She is so creative and warm and I feel like Twilight would not have been half the movie it was without her identity and 'fingerprints' all over it. We have so much to learn from her! And as for you two; I hope when you look back on this you are so proud that you both conquered your nerves and 'did the thing' even despite technical difficulties and the situation the world was in at the time. Thank you for all those hilarious, thought provoking deep-dives into all the chapters of the books and the painstaking analysis of the movies, the music, the commentaries - I am SO THANKFUL to still have this body of work you created (how many episodes did you record in the end?) and available for old and new listeners. These were so entertaining and you're both intelligent, engaging women! Not sure what you're up to now but wish you all the best! xxx

I’m new to the twilight fandom and I can’t believe I stopped myself from watching it for like 5ish years. I’m 17 now which it cool cause you kno that’s the age bella and I guess Edward kinda were in it Hhaha anyways I want to go to forks sooo bad and go to the festival. I also want to go to Oregon and go to the filming spots like the school, the baseball field, the cafe, literally everywhere. And I really want to someday stay in the swan house there was a last minute cancellation for last month and I swear if I had money and was an adult I would’ve clicked it right away but anyways I’m so glad my English teacher last year was a twihard and showed it to us last April. Anyways love the podcast

i prefer new moon over the first twilight film. new moon was my best novel as well. i realate the most to bella parents divorce , remarried and moving to a new state. most protected of her from the novels. i thought the wolf pack were halrious i liked thier interviews total party anmalis for warewovles lol. the shritless scences were over the top for me back then. still to this very day in 2023. i wanted more of the bella and jane rivalry. bella in the novel where she had flash back of her gran funreal had me think of my funreal of one uncle's in 2005.

Tyler Crowley pretend to comment on Bella‘s truck when Bella says thanks. the girl next to Tyler hits his arm and says good one and Tyler goes I know right this truck is a dumb. i loved the second film new moon to learn about the volturi and the wolf pack. i'm dissaponted tyler crowlery was not in new moon and eclpise sequles like he was in the novels. he wasn't even invented to the wedding neither the novel or film of breaking dawn what a shoot down. she aldreay knew he was vampire he didn't have to tell her. if you made alice asian ashley greene would never been alice.

They're on her website. And then listen to those playlists? I did it. She has such great taste in music. If you haven't done this, consider it.
