I think while playing killer you just gotta fall but the trophy will track the progress like it's not in one go if that make sense it will be over multiple falling. Hope this helps :)

So I had a look and research as I saw you commented on last video too as I'm on Ps5 I don't know to much but I saw that xbox can only record 2 minute clips so your best option is to connect a capture card and then if you have a pc or laptop record it through that using obs and then you can edit it using capcut or other editing service. Hope this helps in some way :)
