    Great ideas. Asking "what " relates to events, whereas asking "why" questions more their their values from which people disconnect quickly. I will ontinue to polish the way I do things in my classroom. Have a nice day.

    Great interview. My take away is to be mindful of the culture of belonging and that belonging is every one's job. As a HS teacher, I do agree that we are all responsible for caring for each other. I also like the question: "What would make you want to thrive".     Delivery matters. I learned that the hard way in college with some early diplomatic tasks I was given on my gymnastics team, and it made me think a lot more carefully about how I was delivering messages as I got started in my career. I take that with me now as a speaker.
