Siding, Starter Strips, and 3D Ruler!
Nice tips! How do you like installing the schluter vs other methods?
I’ll be honest, I don’t set much tile anymore. My older tile guys do hot mop pan, float the walls. New ones like hydroban, wedi, omg there are so many on the market now. Best in my opinion, after hundreds of remodels, I say float and hot mop or float and tile redi pans
Digital torpedo noice!
I have probably spent 1 year of my life reading bubbles on levels… time to speed up the process. The 2’ digital Stabila is next!
genius
Looks fun sorry i missed it.
Great job! ❤ that product

Best video yet! Keep it up
Thank you!! I’m having fun building AND editing so it’s a win win 😊

Okay but how do you install an expensive towel hook
😂😂 Same procedure, just wear a suit and charge more 😂
I have always wondered! Thanks!😂
Thanks for watching! 😊
Are those your favorite drywall anchors?
They have come a long way, I used to hate them as they would bend and twist, just make a big hole. These new ones are amazing! If you get them, just make sure not to use the cheap ones. They need to be hard plastic. In this case, it came with the towel hook. I would say yes they are my new favorite drywal anchors 😁
@@SLPbuildersI’ve never had any luck with these. Maybe they were cheap.
@@Rockoblocko I used to hate them, with a passion lol. But they’re better now. I do have an entire arsenal of anchors on my truck, so many different kinds for different applications… maybe I should do a video on anchors!
Hate those anchors they make massive holes in your wall. I prefer the smaller ones that collapse in on themselves from the other side. Never had a problem with them holding any weight and the holes are much more manageable if you have to move/remove something
@@SLPbuilders in the Netherland’s we would use what we call 'hollow wall plugs'. It are these rather big plugs (m8 minimum) with the a v-shaped arm on each side. The screw then pulls in the arms sticking it really hard and nicely to the back of the drywallsheet. If you know what I'm talking about, I'm sorry but English isn't my first language...., would you prefer the ones you're using or the ones I mentioned?
Bluetooth corners didnt hold up.
Hahaha nope he didn’t sync them properly
How do you fix this?
Unfortunately, it needs to be torn out! Follow along and you’ll see how I rebuild this shower 😁
Because you employed cowboy builders
😂
We need the full vid!
Oh oh! We just getting started!!
GOLF ⛳️ T EINSTEIN 😅
How did you know my real name !?
Америку открыл
Golf tee
Shish kebab sticks from the store same as toothpicks all work great
Great idea! I’ll stock them in my truck, toothpicks are too thin most of the time
Golf Ts been using for years
Same here. Hardwood golf tees and a dab of titebond for the win.
Great idea!
It's a good temporary fix, but won't last long.
Golf T
If it’s a heavy solid core door, I would have definitely glued some sticks and predrilled. These hollow cores with pine jambs just need some love after acclimation
Toothpicks, a dowel rod, shaved pencil, a stick from outside if you absolutely have too
Do what you gotta do!! Thanks for watching, subscribe for more random crap 😂
Use toothpicks.
Yes sir! 🎉
Good idea
🫡
Seen these so many times before.
But have you heard this song?!
the future
Why not switch them around and you don’t have the clip problem
I had it on the other side, but the bits always got in the way of my grip! Each bit holder has its own pros and cons I guess
I got a carabiner with a buncha bit holders off amazon. Pretty clutch to have every type of bit on hand
Yes! I have a few sets-oh I should have included that in this video. Ok next one 😁
I would drive to the end of the world and back, driving is the beat comfort I have ever had in my life, and it's getting to be hard to do it woth how high the gas prices are getting, hopefully this gets fixed soon
Yesss! Something about driving on the open road is so soothing… unless you’re sitting in traffic late to work 😂 But see, if money were no object, traffic wouldn’t be so bad!
Once you said “that’s not going anywhere” it didn’t matter if you had 100 loops…you were dialed lol
😂😂
Many people need to watch How to Use Ratchet Straps: Unboking series
ive strapped thousands of things down with less wrap than that most of the time and never had one issue. people are just ignorant
Same here! Hey, I like to give the naysayers a chance.
As a truck driver I use belly wraps all the time. You can do the same thing with chain on those big 30 thousand pound ingots. Plus it acts like a choke and prevents it from sliding forward if you need to hit the brakes hard
Thank you for your service!! This country don’t run without you!! 🫡🫡🫡
Dont listen to the keyboard construction experts. Great video.
Love that, thank you!! I’m new to social media, and it’s a fun learning curve. Luckily, I have thick skin and actually appreciate criticism. I am constantly learning, no matter how much I think I know, I continue to be humbled. You should see the keyboard warriors on Instagram. They are having a field day!! 😂😂 @slpbuilders
That's not going anywhere
Does no one else run the hook through and hook it to the belt
Always loop your pipe!!
Drives forward pipe slides right on ouut. Newton’s first law
How not to use a ratchet strap. 1 you want a twist in the strap keeps wind vibration away without compromising strength 2 know your load thar pipe can still exit the trailer I would have wrapped once around the pipe to create much more friction for the friction hold he is attempting 3 you are holding an item with friction you want that fucker tight because the vibration of the road will losten any imperfections you have in your strap over time the tighter you can get it the less it will losten over time lastly the ritual of shaking slaping or plucking saying "that won't go anywhere" or "it'll ride" it's unessasary but cathartic
You did that very wrong you need a lil more slack on the strap so that when the roller spins it gets at the very least one full rotation. What you did is very unsafe and has the chance of coming undone when you hit a bump.
It's always good to leave more rolled up just in case it comes loose it doesn't come out completely
Totally agree, I see now in the video I edited out me ratcheting it a few times. I’ll go over rolling up the drum in part two. Good tip! Thanks for watching!
leave the ratchet handle and pull the bitter end straight through, much better for securing the excess
I assume you mean leave the handle open and slip strap through? That makes it kinda hard to keep your hooks tight while setting up, of course there are a million ways to do everything! Do what works best for you. Thank you for watching!!
@@SLPbuilders I'm a driver, pulled some flatbed trailers, if I remember I'll send ya some pics, you'll like it, makes a nice neat package storing the slack, be safe
