My first ever review of anything at all. Custom made Mezco-style Hush Batman. Had this done because of a very bad discoloration from the regular black Sovereign Knight suit Base body: @Mezco Toyz Sovereign Knight Suit by @tiny_pants_tailoring Trunks by @harkercustoms Headsculpt by @tonymeis Painted by @dusty.roach

@@fazares thanks! Yeah he’s not around in many street fighter games. I used to play a lot of the regular SF2 and also the alpha series but violent Ken never made an appearance in those
I personally like the pink, purple highlight; makes is different from the regular one. The pictures posted up on the jada site; he didn't have the highlights on the skin, maybe Its prototype?
@@iceman4965 yeah don’t get me wrong I really like the purple and pink highlights. Just that the inconsistency at some parts made it look like he was bruised!

I was too rough with my box and tore a bit on the top of the stage cardboard display. And the connection on the head is stuck on the main stoic head so can't change the heads. But I'm still happy

Wish the skin tone on the OG ryu was darker and gloves were brown. Maybe they will correct this down the line. I can't wait for my evil ryu 😊
I recognize the kanji for fire, forest and mountains because of the helmets in Power Rangers Samurai lol
Yes but if you read that, It should be Forest wind and Volcano.. That's how the Kanji works
Hey bud! You can just unfasten from the knot of the belt and it will open up like a real gi, don’t have to pull it off from over his head!

Hey!!! Quick tip, to take off the Gi, undo the belt. Its all held together by a tab and pin. Literally comes off like a real life gi

Do you feel the torso ball joint not as tight as the hand? When you move the hand the balljoint torso / chest also following the arm movement...
Oh I've since put it back in storage as I've run out of space. But I don't really remember having that issue though

Late to the party on this one. Good review. I'm a fan of soft goods but yea the clothing does seem cheap. Portraits do look a bit soft. Body looks good but single jointed elbows...blah. Not a total deal breaker. Digging the lightning bolt and shield. Id pair him w/ Wonder Woman for sure. Im seeing Pre-orders again for fig for $80 US. Eh. Not an essential fig but would look cool in a display. Thanks for the vid.

He's a great looking figure, definitely how I'd envision the king of Olympian gods to look. Like that Selects Thor. Honestly - I wouldn't have a problem with him being a bigger than some of the other gods.
Do you think they will make Poseidon Hades Ares and the rest of the other Gods?
That’s possible. I think it depends on how well this Zeus sells

Hey buddy it was sculpted by @hlao666 and painted by @nikkithai on IG. Now I believe they have readily painted ones on @vctoysbox and @6inch+ sites on IG. Go check them out

Hey Alvin Poon, howd u get this figure so early? usually retailers like BBTS or EE woud have them. Also, which Loki figure is that? Is it by Hasbro?
BBTS does not have this figure available, despite offering pre orders for many smaller, less-known companies. I pre-ordered mine for $78 with shipping with 5k toys. It arrived a week ago.
Hey man I got him from vctoysbox on IG on PO so that’s how I got him. I believe that for import figures sometimes retailers from outside the US do get them much earlier than the likes of BBTS
Thanks for the review. The new Gotham By Gaslight Mezco Joker has the double ball neck and updated single joint elbows allowing for better possibility. It would be a great add for your Joker collection for sure. I was very impressed with it.
Oh yes I agree that it’s an excellent figure and I messed around with it for hours when I first unboxed him!

You should do a comparison to God of War Kratos. I might personally buy this figure if I can find it to scale with my Neca GOW 3 Zeus as my series 1 DC unlimited Zeus scale is way too small with zero articulation. Great review by the way. If you could let me know who sells this figure internationally as I’m in Canada

How does the plastic and joints feel in comparison to mezco's?
The joints are tighter than Mezco’s, which I don’t mind at all. Better tight than loose joints

How's the ab/waist articulation? How about the ankles or the leg articulation? Does the cloth goods hinder the articulation?
The ab articulation is pretty tight. I didn’t try moving it because I wasn’t sure if it’s at all possible. The leg and ankle articulation are fine though. I think the soft goods are fine and do not really get in the way of articulation unlike Mezco Joker and Black Skull

I had just ordered one of these, didn't know there's only one grip hand, that's a major flaw that I don't know how they didn't realize when he comes with so many gripping accessories
Yes it’s a head scratcher for sure. Why bother with so many accessories when he couldn’t hold them as per the comics? Anyway I’ve heard that they might be issuing extra hands for the Joker in the next release. Hopefully it works out

The two knives concept actually also to follow the accuracy of the comic. There's a scene which the joker holding two knives ready to stab on batman. As the hand, yes quite disappointing they missed out the holding hands. The studio had made statement that they will replace it with the next product but I'm not sure how.
Thanks for the update and the clarification! I never had a chance to read that comic arc so I never knew about the buttons and such. Glad to hear that they are gonna give us extra hands to make up for it.
The stray button on the left is follow the accuracy of the comic.
