Spinal MRI doesn’t show exact leak location. At times CT mylogram which means again lumber puncture doesn’t show exact leak location. CT cisternogram is out dated but still being used. Most of the tine imaging report comes normal. Only neuro radiologists can some time identify leak. Digital subtraction myelogram which can show spine csf leak location is not available in India.
