Thank you for the advice - I started today with a smoothie and lots of water. I had hungry eyes yesterday, ate quite a lot and I felt heavy in the morning. I think I'll go back to high fruitarian - I feel much better like that!

I was juuuust about to say the same thing! Go slow. You can hurt your tummy! Even just after a week on juices I noticed a huge difference in digestion coming off of it. I started with fruit and was good. Day 2 of my refeed I got bold and had a salad. THAT was a mistake lol 😂 my belly wasn’t ready! So please go super slow ❤

​@akucbol The fruit I've been eating mostly is cantaloupe because they are sweet and filling. I have that instead of a meal. The whole cantaloupe is a meal and then I will have a salad of avocado, tomatoes and cucumbers. They have not been anything revealing. My dreams prior were more of premonitions. Also, STRONGLY BELIEVE that the addition of freshly pressed tumeric added to my juices is what makes me dream and in 3D too. I'm not perfect at all. I'm still dibbling in foods I shouldn't but that's what the New Year is all about, abstaining from low vibrational foods completely

That's so interesting. The almost psychedelic powers of cantaloupe. Are they just dreams or nightmares too? No need to be perfect for sure. As long as you are still enjoying the ride and showing up for yourself, that's all that matters! I've been bumping over dates this whole time lol. But still happy with my journey!

Most are dreams no nightmares but some dreams give me a weird feeling a few have been weird and strange. I think that's from detoxing off of the low vibe foods

Wow 10 litres is a lot of fluid. You must have been super hungry and needing the energy. Wow!! I dropped down in intensity with my workouts - dancing only once a week and not too strenuous with the gym on the 3-4 days I worked out. Good on you for committing to working out so thoroughly on your cleanse. I read in my book the other day that dreams only mean something to you personally. So you can interpret the symbolism the best because it's your mind. So even though darkness might mean not knowing or fear to some, it might represent a rebirth or restart for you, depending on the context of your dream! Have you tried writing your dreams down and coming back to them at a later day to draw from their meaning?

Yeah we are in alignment with that manifestation.. What a beauty dream! I feel like I've been doing this for such a long time - it's gonna be strange I think the first day eating again. I pass on the baton to you :) How are you planning to stay on track with it? and How long you going for in January? Thank you. I honestly think the skin glow is a byproduct of the inner work, releasing/healing and the lifestyle. I use vegetable glyercine and water in a spray bottle to hydrate, then I put soybean oil on top and because it's cold I also put coconut oil or avocado oil on top. I only use natural oils on my skin. I don't use creams. I don't wear makeup. I don't cleanse, tone or anything else. And I use my loofah on my whole body, including my face, when I shower. Oh and plenty of water everyday. Those are my free secrets!

​@akucbol im planning on staying on track with A LOT OF PRAYER, MEDITATION AND QUIET TIME. Also, talking with others to keep my mind focused. Its not going to be an easy journey but I pulling everything in my arsenal. Im tired of being in the same place year after year and that's not from not trying but not STAYING CONSISTENT. Not this time, so help me God.

I only use Shea butter if I have some that I or someone brought from Africa. I don’t have any atm so haven’t used it in a few months. I use vegetable glycerine with filtered water in a bottle, then soybean oil on top then coconut oil or avocado oil on top for the winter. But I’m obsessed with soybean oil!

Lip gloss I use store gloss or Rimmel
