Leopard Fights Off 2 Cheetah. AMAZING Video Footage Between These Big Cats
Fascinating Interaction between Two of Africa's big cats. A male Leopard fights off 2 male Cheetah in a head to head over food. The cheetah had made a kill in the bushes to the right hand side. The Leopard came in and fought them both off to steal the kill for himself.

A group of brave Cheetahs can overcome anything. But most of the time they are coward😢
leopard is a youngster.not fully adult.
They might be similar to unexpirienced spotters But a cheetah can recognise a leopard.
There must be a cheetah cub needing protection. A cheetah has no chance against a leopard. Even lions worry about the strength and sharpness of leopard claws.
Cheetahs are so delicate and skinny animals!
The leopard almost slipped and fell. Bengal tigers kill leopards.
That 2nd cheetah is very quick

Don’t underestimate a brave group of cheetahs!
i think cheetahs can also fight but is to risk against the more agressive leopard
Hi verry nice. Where was this event filmet
Cheetah: I'm ready for my close up Leopard: shut up it's my turn now Nxt cheetah: stop hoggin the camera
was it a hide and seek game between cheetah and leopard?
The pecking couldn't be more clear "get in were you fit in " and know yo' place
That's not "fight off". It's "chased off"
i love you both don fight..
Scared off. Chased off. No fighting involved.
Leopards are crazy , they have to fight for everything .
So the cheetah is basically jumped by all the other cats:(
Leo : who are you? Cheeta; im you Leo;; roarrrr haahaahaahaahaaa
Then word "fight" doesn't belong in the title, don't you think? Try "chase"
Imagine if there was a lion 😂

Their kill was stolen. All big cats steal from cheetahs. A group of adults will stand their ground against most single predators - or at least try to. Like they’re doing here.
Mostly the sharpness of claws, a Lion's strength is in a league of its own compare to leopards.
More like Leopard loses races to two Cheetahs.
Rooting for cheetah
Always lol

Leopard is the boss until the lion shows up
Yes or hyenas.
Then the leopard just drags the kill up a tree...
even lions have Problems with leopards
@@serifiariolserifi5909 lions easily kill leopards and leopards always running away from them
@@Radhe-668 no chance adulte leopards are masters at fighting
Thats funny a leopard trying to catch a Cheetah!
Cheetah was jogging away from the leopard
Nothing to watch .why this video for?
MEEP MEEP *slaps face* MEEP MEEP *slaps face*
There is no fighting in this video.
The only reason the cheetah doesn't fled, was they must have had cups hidden, others they would run and never looked back, thanx for correction it was because of their meal... 👌
If you believe the poster person, the 2 male (!) cheetahs had a kill in the bushes and the leopard came and took it.Quite common with all predators.
@@ianrutherford878 ok i beleive it i didnt watched, but i knew something made them come back👌
The way they defend their kills is actually quite brave. One-on-one they are no match for a leopard, but in groups they will stand their ground. Or try to
Despite looking visible much Larger and having the Advantage of numbers it was All Bluff by the Cheetahs ↪ theres was really Nothing that They could have done to that Leopard not even with the 2 vs 1 Advantage ↪ That Leopard on the otherhand ↪ Would have have locked them in a Deathgrip and Hosted them up a tree for a nice meal with hardy any effort ...
I don't Think it would be that easy, another cheetah could attack him from behind
When someone else wears the same outfit as you.
😂😂😂😂
Must be young male Cheetahs. Older male Cheetahs don't hang together.
Aww...they’re only playin. 🥰🥰🥰
Cheetah is not a big cat. It does not belong to genus Panthera
So what's your point? They don't roar, so they aren't technically a big cat. Size wise, they are as big as leopards, maybe 10 pounds less, but not much. Cougars aren't big cats either since they don't roar. And they are bigger than leopards on average.
Where was the fight? All I see is a bunch of growing and chasing-off.
The simple fact is cheetahs are not built to fight especially against other top predator cats. They did not take on the leopard directly because that would have not ended well for them at all. Same reason leopards do not take on lions because they are over matched. These animals are not like stupid humans.
I feel like their are more playing then trying to eat.
I wish the cheetah was built like homotherium. Optimal combination of speed and strength. It would then have been able to hold its own.
I didn't know leopards were this slow
The cheetah does pretty well with that unmatched turn of speed. In this video it is just mocking the leopard, no mean runner itself
@@riazhassan6570 Sure, but my point is extremes or specialized attributes are evolutionary dead ends. In the cheetahs case, it's speed comes at the expense of strength and grappling power. In smilodon's case its the total opposite. Unbelievable strength and power but a very slow animal. There is a optimal balance which leopards / jaguars have. Especially jaguars.
@@z1az285 Agreed. Lions and tigers are no slouches, but these two are special-highly efficient hunters; speed, strength, stealth, flexibility, intelligence, sharp reflexes, deadly weaponry, adaptability. The cougar is not far behind. The caracal and lynx stand out among the smaller ones, truly amazing, but then all cats are. We don’t really know enough about extinct species to make comparisons. I always wondered how smilodon went about its business with those enormous fangs, but it must have been reasonably efficient. The bigger the prey, the bigger and heavier the predator, but bigness comes with penalties
Some predators seem to be designed for different niches among prey. Lugging around huge muscles and a lot of weight, as with Bengal or Siberian tigers, some of which are enormous, would be an unnecessary wastage for hunting small animals, but they also go for big prey, other predators, or outsize deer like the nilgai, or whopping bovines like the gaur. Sumatran tigers are relatively small for some reason. The most effective generalists among cats are probably the leopard and jaguar, as you observe
One lion & all the kids would be gone.keep having your games while you can.
One tiger and lion is gone
Then the ol tiga gates unleash the most powerful predatory creature of the modern earths landmass... siberican tiger... and the lions entire pride has no hope. Tigers much bigger nearly 40% bigger than a lion, stronger and more developed muscles, faster so lions cant run either, and is just a better fighter/killer overall ots a solo hunter so the most efficient kill is what its brains wired to search and locate.
@Levent A. Ok sir 😄. But can you tell me where do you get these types of fact ?
@Levent A.please give me the link.
@Levent A. lions are brave because they live in family . Tigers are not because they live alone .
That looks more like a leopard trying to kill 2 cheetah while they run away likely worried for eachother or possible cubs getting caught and killed
The video description says it was over a kill that the cheetahs had made and the leopard was intent on stealing.
Not really… at all.. the cheetahs are very clearly challenging this leopard. He’s in their territory or after their kill.
@@LtotheF where's the attack? Where's the submissive behavior from the leopard? These cheetahs didn't go within 30 feet of this cat are you sped?
Poor Cheetahs don't stand a chance against 1 Leopard.
They're a weaker cat geared tl chasing faster animals. When running fast even animals larger than cheetahs are easily toppled so they don't need the strength in their hunting
Leopard Must've had Cubs eh? Cheetahs looked hungry. I know cheetahs are skinny but those were hungry. Might've been a kill there somewhere?
