What’s the background level
It's called "Born Survivor" and it's an easy demon. It uses the song Born Survivor which is straight FLAMES, great lvl give it a try :)

grief for next one, by far the best hell level, with the intensity of the song matching the level perfectly, the deco is also stunning and innovates on the hell style.
Grief is pretty insane but it's not that different from SlaughterHouse or the Apocalyptic Trilogy so even though it might be one of the best hell levels it's still a hell level so it's not here for lack of originality... Yap sesh is crazy 💀

I beat this level 2 or 3 years ago as a new hardest, and it was back in those days where I wasn’t that good at the game, which was 2017 to 2022, and I wasn’t able to even beat stereo madness back then, now I beat aethos, the tower verse, got 70% on lava temple and 31% on supersonic ( fluke run ) I think my worst fail before beating slam was 91%
