Bigger Port holes also!

I have 1 mofo 15" on a planet audio 5150 watt amp, which I know is over rated quite a bit, but I'm sure I'm giving that 1 sub very close to it's rms rating of 1700 watts. in a single cab pickup truck and let me tell ya... IT FUCKIN SLAMS. However I need a new box, the one I'm using isn't right. I could be bumping much harder. all I'm saying is those subs are badass. it shits on my 2 15" solo barics.
the mofos are the garbage ones tho i have a power acoustic gothic 4500 on 2 fubar 15s 1 ohm no problem ...i had 2 mofos and distroyed them first day not 1ce but twice so i went to the fubars lovem
Glad you're having good luck with these subs. I put one on a Hifonics BRZ1700.1D, at less than 14.4v and it popped immediately after break in. Could have been a bad sub, but I have heard bad reviews so I would say not. If you put more power on them, GOOD LUCK! lol

all the subs costed probably around 600 or 700, when insttead he should have just gon out an bought an orion hcca 15 or SMD 18 and been doing the same thing lol

subs are nice for the price my buddy had 3on 3k and 2 died coils came unraveled they realistically can handle about 1k rms clean

Power Acoustik is my favorite whatchu' talkin' bout? I've had a Power Acoustik Gothic gw3-15 (fifteen inch) going strong after 3 months.
Take out a set of those 15s and just run two off of that amp!

there looks to be 2 per sub, so the surface area would be closer to the sub's recommended port area.

Lookup "Kerfing" if you haven't heard about it, you can make curved ports that get rid of noise and look good.
