Watch this auger destroy frozen hunks of mulch when it was 8 degrees outside! Try that with a bark blower!!! This will fill sock from 12" to 36" sizes. Also great for bagging sand, stone,soil, compost, mulch and much more! 717-331-5956

This will produce silt sock as well as straw wattles, curlex logs, garden socks and sand or soil filled levee type sock for flood control! Will process soil, sand, stone, straw, sawdust, leaves, mulch, compost, grass clippings, shredded paper ect!

How come there is no video I see of this machine doing 1,000s of feet of sock in a day. At 2-3 yards per hopper, you would tie up 2 machines and waste time keeping this hopper full. BTW, not much sock is put down in the snow, so there is no real value to being able to break up frozen mulch. Bigger piles of mulch, more heat, dig into a bigger pile and you wouldn't need to break up ice. We bought one of these for $7K and it was the biggest waste of money ever.
Where did you buy this unit? Are you selling it? I am looking to get more info on it, or info on something better.

in reply to the thousands of feet. With one machine we do 6 skids of 12 inch sock (100lf) per skid in an a hour! an average 8 hr workday produces easily 4,800 LF! To me that's thousands! it takes about 10 minutes to reload sock unto the tube, take a scoop of Mulch and then fill the 100lf of sock onto the pallets? This is a very fast way of doing a lot of silt sock!
Jzaprala you definitely did not buy one of mine for 7k! There is cheaper ones out there using an 8 inch auger. mine is a 12 inch hog! very serious machine!!! only 1 machine is needed doing 12" sock palletized in 100lf sections. hopper hold about 3 cuyds of material, if you have loader big enough to handle it
