What a great sermon. I never look at Jesus's suffering in the garden to be that intense. I didn't realize God had shown him what he had to endure and the loneliness he felt.

Great sermon, Pastor Peter! You made a very apt comparison between King Charles' coronation earlier this year and how that while he knows how it is to be alone, he doesn't know how it is to be us. Jesus knows how to be alone and does know how it is to be us. Jesus suffered in all the same ways we do, only without sin. He's no stranger to pain, anguish, and betrayal. It's so comforting having a Savior who is fully God and yet fully human!
