Martin, your interviews are one-sided, boring and totally biased. Try to interview people from the other side of the argument for once, maybe try to interview some youngsters under 40 and you may be surprised. You, and the politicians you interview, refuse to acknowledge that there is a severe housing CRISIS (note the capital letters), which must be tackled urgently. Yes, 80% of Guildford is Green Belt, a lot of which is shit green belt. The government is already working with the LPAs, it's telling them, you need to build this many houses and so you plan accordingly, and if needed, you will need to release some of that not very good green belt, thus the Grey Belt policies, otherwise, we will take powers away from you. I see a lot of moaning and crying but very little planning going on. Yes, infrastructure is not keeping up and this is a big issue indeed. Again, politicians and council officers sleeping on their jobs and not get anything done. According to research carried out by the Home Builders Federation (HBF), there are an estimated £8 billion in unspent developers S106 contributions across the country. Why is that? Maybe you could do a little digging in that direction. Ohhhhhh she's slowing down now. If you compare this video to the one that was published of her performing Noel Coward's "I went to a marvelous party" you'll see she's slowed down quite a bit! I recognize that suit she's wearing here from an interview she did in Australia back in 2014. I believe the programme was called "One to One."

YT recommendations suggests the next video I should watch is some click-bait bilge about the wonderful Dame Patricia's "tragic death"! That's been reported.
