Feeling burn out errr this one sucks, it even effects an individual mentally. I myself have found myself feeling burn out and i just feel like there's nothing I'm doing in a perfect way or i ain't even sometimes having time for me or my family and even my friends and that sometimes make me feel real bad as i see others of my age having fun along with handling everything perfectly and getting everything together. Tbh i felt really demotivated when I saw all this happening and i just wanna let you know that it's okay to feel like you ain't perfect at doing everything on time and that you aren't like others who can do everything better way, you're handling it all your way and that's what matters. Keep going girl<3 You'll make it<3

Burnout sucks! I myself am going through it rn. Have no idea how i’m going to get through it too, but I do plan on taking a week off work to do things that I like to somewhat reset!
