I think ive outgrown this "brutal for the sake of it" metal. Its too fast. Vocals too brutal. Just my.taste. I feel like its just a rat race to be the most disgustingly fast and brutal band out there. Many are dropping out and not too many care about the winner. Right now progressive metal is in vogue.

A major reason why rock music has all but disappeared from relevance is because only a tiny percent of people find this sound and look appealing.
