I kind of got a estimate of 100k in damages. Maybe a little more. Current buyer is offering 260k. In good condition my house is worth 480k-510. Is that a low offer? I was going to try a differnt company.

My guy. Dont get a buyer induction rally confused with a change in trend. Nothing has fundamentally changed in the housing market from 2022 into 2023. The trend is prices correcting, and inventory will be picking up into the Spring and Summer months. Demand is softer than the market realizes.

Now that government will not be buying the trash they have to make interest rates reasonable so real buyers will want the MBS!
