The Band! That’s what I’m after… the bands name! 🤣🤣🤣 Just having a joke. I just thought it was funny that they called themselves The Band. Do you know how they came up with that. I reckon they are pretty underrated.

I had a quick listen. It has a lot of runs in the key of E , which is the low string on a normal guitar which would make the runs tricky on the 3 string. I’ll have a look and see if I can come up with something. Take care and keep strumming! 👍

I can’t believe I didn’t post tabs. I never used to put tabs up as I don’t understand the legalities behind it but I wrote that myself. I might have to repost it with the tabs. If I can find what I wrote down I’ll let you know 👍

@Crosshatch1212 To be honest I couldn’t tell ya. I usually use a medium gauge but don’t pay that much attention. Very unprofessional I know but I only play for fun 🤩. I only started the channel because I couldn’t find many tutorials then the algorithm kicked in and others started so I tend not to put too many out now.

@OakAthainNerin I just used medium gauge, couldn’t tell you exactly. Just an A string tuned down to a G and then the normal D & G strings for an electric guitar. Hope that helps 🎸

Hi Matt, I didn’t build the CBG (I don’t have the skills you have) but it isn’t glued down, it’s held down by the pressure of the strings. If that makes it a floating bridge, then yes it has 😂

@@thecigarboxguitarguy782 You're welcome. I started electric guitar back in the 70s in high school, but never had formal training, just a friend that could play. My wife is a drummer, and we just set up a music room in the house. So, I have an electric guitar, two CBG's, and a keyboard. I want to be able to jam with her, as we have not played together yet. She has that experience, but I don't, so I want to pick up what I can get started with, then keep working on it.
