Ignoring how uncentered it is, double press it? double layer of paint
Yeah I’m gonna need to work on centering too 😂 fortunately I hadn’t heat set anything so I was able to just wash it out. I think double pressing would be a little bit tricky, because any part of the image that isn’t perfectly lined up would create double lines.
yeah did the exact same hat with the exact same colours and make it a pine tree instead
Maybe try using a different kind of ink?
I might have to try that. It also sounds like having a firm cylinder on the inside that I can press hard up against will help with the image transfer
For indirect printing like this, You need a hard form under the inside of the hat. And you need your jelly pad laying flat. You need to roll the hat with the hard form in it into the mat. Really it’s better to print on these has like you would a shirt where you are pushing ink through a screen onto the hat. In that scenario you’d need a hard form in the had and some kind of special frame to hold the screen around the outside curvature of the hat so that you swipe with your squeegee around the curve and push the ink onto the hat. Also, I saw that there is some kind of giveaway going. Where do we signup/ submit your participate?
All great tips, thanks! A few people on Instagram also mentioned needing some kind of hard form on the inside of the hat to push up against. As for the giveaway, the only thing we have going on right now is $100 gift cards! If you send us some pictures/videos of you using our products that we can use on our social media, will send you a $100 gift card :)
Just send an email to contactus@ezscreenprint.com with any photos or video, and a little write up that can be used as a caption that explains your process process, what you like about using EZScreens, etc :)
First
So glad you guys are still at it! I bought a kit from you over 10 years ago, and I was very happy with your product. This new design you made inspired an idea that I should make some shirts for my DnD group. Excited to try this again soon!
Oh that’s awesome! Thank you!
Heard there’s a contest running where you’re go to participate and how? Would love to win.
I’m not sure. I don’t think we’re running a contest, but we are offering $100 gift cards to anyone that emails in cool videos or photos of them using our products for us to post on our socials!
You can get some great effects with bleach on black fabric 👍
I do really like the look of bleach on black. I just bleach tie dye’d a black hoodie and then printed a skeleton rock on hand on to it🤘🏼
@@ezscreenprint Can you make a video exploring it?
Dude what thats crazy??
It seriously makes it so easy to get too bleach designs
I have a kit, but since all of this is so new to me, I couldn't follow the directions by reading and thought it was too complicated and it's been collecting dust. This video made is crystal clear - I can't wait to make my own! Thank you!!
Glad it was helpful! If you have any other questions, feel free to email or message us on Instagram!
wow love this
Thanks!
wow cool can yu print on wooden earing pendants?
Yep! I love using torch paste on wood for a cool woodburned look
so cool
You sound like Dax Flame
So cool thank you
Of course! 🙏🏼
Great idea … what was the repostionable spray you used? It might also be a good idea on my ceramics, since it would burn off and when I use ezscreens on my mugs, etc I use blue painter’s tape …
I use a brand called Aleene’s. If you search repositionable spray on Amazon, it’s a brown and purple bottle.
@@ezscreenprint thank you!!
Love it!!❤❤
Thank you!!
What kind of pillow is this? What is it made of?
The pad I’m using to transfer the image is a silicone printing plate
So cute

Preach 🙌🏼
these are so cute!!
Thank you!
WOAH.
Do you think the Posca markers might work with that? I used to use them on restaurant sign boards back in the mid 2000’s.
That’s a great question. They might? If I’m thinking of the same thing, with those markers you might be able to stick the stencil up and then “draw” through it onto the glass
Sir! Well done.
Gorgeous!!
Thank you!!
The missed section would have been a fantastic opportunity to paint a flower crown on the elephant ❤ happy accidents.
Oh that would’ve been fun!
sharp ass edges, learn to make ceramics
Hello! I’ve been doing ceramics for almost 15 years. The tutorial was mostly focused on printing the design, not taking a sponge and rasp to round the edges 🙏🏼 I obviously didn’t leave them like this
@@ezscreenprint no idea why i wrote this, now its obvious its a tutorial, i apologize
@@Quataure character development 👍
Also! If you like pottery and such, checkout @claybydallin on Instagram, and give him a big thanks for doing this video!

@ezscreenprint check out @claybydallin on Instagram! He is the one in this video that made the cup.
@@ezscreenprint sure will
Tissue paper as in gift wrapper?
Very similar! Some tissue paper for decor/wrapping has a kind of plastic coating that you don’t want. I believe this tissue paper is made from rice, and is very thin.
I am interested to know bout the blue paper. Is it a special paper?
It is one of our EZScreens from www.EZScreenPrint.com! We have over 500 premade designs that you can pick from, or you can use one of our kits to make your own stencils at home :)
Too complicated
Total time spent to make a stencil is less than 10 - 20 minutes, and then the stencil can be reused over and over, so it’s definitely been worth it for me!
Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! 😊
Cool
Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! 😊
Do you have to wash the garment right after?
Yes! As soon as it is bleached to the level you want, rinse it out in water and then neutralize the bleach (Clorox has a tutorial on their site for doing this safely)
Does this only work on clay that gets fired? Could you air dried clay or polymer?
This specific ink I’m using (ceramic underglaze) won’t work with polymer clay, but you can totally use these stencils to print liquid polymer clay or acrylic paint directly onto polymer clay!
Is this stencil one of your own? It's so cute!
Yes, but I’ve put it on our site so that anyone can buy and use it! (www.EZScreenPrint.com)
Could you just leave the paper on if you aren't doing any more glazes on top and just have the paper burn away, for maximum underglaze transfer?
That.. is an excellent question. I’ll try it out in this next firing and hopefully remember to make a video about it!
@@ezscreenprint I subscribed because I want to see if this suggestion works
I'm pretty sure that works. I think I saw another potter do exactly that.
So i absolutely love this and want to know how i can go about working with ceramics. I’ve always loved the art
Thank you! I started doing pottery in high school, but a lot of community centers will offer pottery classes. Because it can be a pretty expensive hobby if you buy your own Kiln and wheel, etc., it’s best to find a community center or a local studio that you can rent out or take lessons at to see if you like it!
@@ezscreenprint I too took it in high school. Was not any good but absolutely loved doing it and creating beautiful things. I might just start small with some oven bake clay. One day I hope to do something like this !!
Thank you!❤️
You’re welcome 😊
The moon is sideways. It’s North Pole is the left side of the stencil in the video and the South Pole is on the right side of the stencil. The big crater on the right is TYCHO Crater and is towards its South Pole but it’s on the right which is an instant giveaway.
🤦🏼♂️ whelp 😂
@@ezscreenprint 😂sorry. Was just scrolling through and stopped as soon as I saw a crooked moon. I was like I bet they have no idea it’s crooked. It’s an awesome looking design. I was actually surprised that it’s a legit Earth moon stencil which is really cool. Usually stuff like that is an artist’s impression of what the moon looks like.
I didn’t even think to check and make sure that I had it it oriented correctly, but I will from here on! Haha
Eeek! That’s so cute! ❤
Thank you! It's one of my favorite of this year's Halloween designs
I love this- it's so simple! Thanks for sharing- I'm heading to your store front now♥
Yay! Thank you! If you have any questions about anything, feel free to shoot us an email (contactus@ezscreenprint.com)or message me on Instagram (@ezscreenprint)
Torch paste looks best by far, almost like it’s been done with a branding iron
I agree! I think it gives it a very cool look. Makes me want to make my own wallet or something!
Wow cool
Thanks!
Wont it dissapear after a good wash cuz im interested
No but It Will peel over time.
Nope! This paint that I am using is made for fabric and is wash-safe. I have shirts I’ve made that I wear at least once a week that are a year old and still going strong!
You may run into peeling eventually, but it’s not a problem that I’ve really had with this brand of fabric paint. I’ve only had it crackle a little if I do it too thick on a really stretchy fabric, but they just released a new stretchy paint that it looks like remedies that problem!
@@ezscreenprint yeah cracks and peels over time I have the same issue Took around 1 yr too for it to start showing signs of wear.
Does it need heat treatment like regular screen print
I bet the mommy ghost is making him sweep.
😂 undoubtedly
My question comes down to durability of the screen? Am I limited to just 1 or 2 t-shirts or would I be able to print 10? What is the price of the screen sheet itself?
All great questions! You can get many prints out of one stencil. I have yet to max out a stencil, but we’ve had customers say that they’ve done upwards of 200 prints with one stencil. An 8 1/2 x 11 inch EZScreen is $8-10/sheet (depending on whether you’re buying a three pack, five pack, or 10 pack). we also have premade designs, and we can make custom stencils, which will obviously be different prices as well.
