It`s really nice when someone asks friendly for support. I dislike support spammers, often at battle start. Or spamming for AA support without a CV in the battle... happens often. Great battle and good support from you, well done. I had a much harder battle with Essex on saturday, Halland, Harugumo and a Worcester at the cap i helped defending. Was my personal hell, but at least Essex showed that her tactical squadrons were reylly good because i never had a problem with lack of planes. Those ap bombers are absurdly frustrating to use...

The aiming time for the torpedo bombers is very long, but the bombers got a little buff in 2021. The bombs are falling a little closer to the middle of the aiming circle, reducing the huge amount of misses. They should be given a heal like Parseval and MvR have them.

Yorktown's gimmicks are kinda the oposite side compared to Essex Where Yorktown's special squads are the bread and butter and can hit anything regardless while torps are just weak....Essex's torps are painfully strong and the squads can demolish things,but not everybody Non the less things need to be slightly tweaked here and there

Very nice teamplay between CV and DD for the win.

Very nice example of how to play vs CV. Stay in group and near AA ships like colbert. CV will still strike several times, but will become almost useless. Ship group melts planes extremely fast. Yammi player got what he deserved.

Nice battle and good matchmaking for your Serov. As i played Serov in ranked, it was a game with 3 DD`s each team. Was more spotting for the team than fighting the little ticks, but we won as a team. Was a nice experience. Changed to Loewenhardt for the next 2 battles, my team was happy and an opponent DD player upset for playing a "pay to win" ship 🤣

No strategy to counter the enemy aircraft carrier, no spotlight or scouting part, completely inappropriate placement of his ship. This player is just there to do damage without worrying about the rest. Exactly the kind of player to avoid in a team.

I would bet this gets all thrown in the bin after the rework since many CVs with low hp planes will behave differently. You always lose planes which cuts your DPS down unlike the soviets for instances who always played like the reworked CVs. PS: I hate how MVR got nerfed, it's not only too situational but also to RNG depended and thus frustrating AF!

Where Is the Essex?

I do agree that Malta and Nakhimov are S tier, in normal circumstances, but they have a tall citadel, so you will receive usually full damage and sink fast, and when the opponent team has a MVR their effectiveness drop, because of how frustrating is to play versus that CV. Malta planes are strong, but very slow, sometimes you end up "sleeping" on match. This is a problem shared with british CVs, except the Indomitable. My favorite T10 CV is Max Immelmann, because the ship is tough, the planes are very fast, skip bombs are fantastic, and torpedoes are still good. I am from NA server, destroyers are very common, because of that Max excels with skip bombers, powerful secondaries and tough hull.

I'd swap Audacious and MvR because the former is easier to play. MvR needs specific targets (cruisers and a non-German CV) to do well. Essex would be A-rank for solo play and S-rank for divisions.
