@@867diesel From my experience they are on par with PEP which are regarded as the best shock around by most, and like PEP they are pretty dialed out of the box and dont need to be messed with too much. The fronts handle really well and corner flat, and the rear performs great with their new dual speed compression adjuster, plus the fronts have threaded crossovers for easier tuning and they have great customer service. They are also a little less expensive than some of the other options

@@Aturner855 right on dude thanks . i was going to get pep back in 2001 for my 250r . but they was 1 year back oredered . so i went with axis . i tried looking up the shocks youre talking about . but couldnt find them . where can i find them at ? i would love to give them a try on my 450r and 250r . and ive always been known to get everybody in the turns lol

I think Fowler would take it for sure, not knocking Beau's skill or speed at all but Fowler is more used to that kind of terrain and is also more in his prime right now

@@LTR1420 Agree to disagree there. The track does shape differently when quads are running, but the quad had a smoother track for certain. My family ran a track that was AMA for 20 years, and a top regional training facility after that for many may years. I've worked on the track after one or the other or both have been running. I've also raced Red Bud many times.

Super rough, some of the whoops and g-outs in the sand were brutal

Turner Racing Films 6th place in Rd 3 Sat with only first and second gear due to a clutch issue and I let arm pump get the best of me Sunday in Rd 4 and I wrecked out.

Brandon Jimenez Most dirt bike riders don't get it, they think quads can't go fast or go over big jumps. This video is simply a comparison to show the capability of a fast quad rider against a fast MX rider and you seem to be taking it like it's an attack on dirt bikes, but it's not. And you are correct that quads are easier in flat track, or on any smooth flat terrain, but on a rough whooped out track that's simply not true, they weigh more and have less suspension travel, and with 4 wheels you are traveling down 2 paths instead of 1 and hit twice as many bumps, and the same applies to jumping, of the takeoff is uneven at all it takes a lot of skill to not end up completely out of shape by the landing. As someone who rides both is crazy to say quads are easy to ride, they both are easier and more difficult in different ways. Keep in mind I'm taking about riding a quad fast at a race pace, quads are no doubt easier to ride slow and have an easier learning curve.

Ya I race quads and there actually hard to do lots of things with like loading it in the back of the truck and doing wheelies, the quads are so heavy

This kind of throws your whole claim away since you’ve never been on a quad. The quad takes way more strength to ride. All the dirtbikers I see are walking sticks

@@gageleaver31 I can load a quad far easier than a bike. Put on bumper, roll/balance on back tires to tailgate, put wheels on tailgate, lift on.
