I have the OH7 as replacement for IE80s for 3yrs now, I love how relaxing and comfortable it sounds. The super wide soundstage and the bass is just butter!!!! The issue with OH7 is OXIDATION because the copper body turns dull quickly and it releases a green substance specially at the bottom of the ear tips. NEVER EVER think of using it for workout or any activity that involves sweating because of the oxidation I mentioned, at will smell rotten metal if you don't clean it. I worry that there might be oxidation inside but so far 3yrs of use no any issue. But I will always recommend OH7 to anyone because I use it more often than my Adromeda-gold and Polaris2 and even stopped using my Ananda.

hi. Have you ever used the Little Dot 1+ amplifier with Grado? I also heard that Little Dot 1+ is a good amp that can be matched with Grado at a low price. And it's been 3 years, have you found a better amp match for Grado?

Well 13 months in with Burston opp amps upgraded just after I bought it, no longer connects to anything over USB, so far not even an acknowledgement of my message to them, save the extra 100 and buy the ifi Gryphon if want Bluetooth or the chord mojo 2 for superb resolution and tonality for around the same price as with Burston opp amps upgrade to XDUOO XD-05, wish these options were around when I bought this rather ugly paperweight 🙄

How is the instrument separation in classic music average good or very good ?

Great review. I think at this price point the xd-05 bal is up against some serious competition from the ifi xds and q5s, and both of them triumphs it in terms of detail and musicality.

he has so much dac / amp / gear but he still use the built in camera mic and crank up the volume in editing so making this video so hiss so mich is make me nuts

I can get these for around 80% of the price of the ifi micro signature which I was also looking at. Do you know if this works well for HD650s and LCD-2s? The micro is more expensive but has a few more features so im wondering if the performance is the same otherwise

My mt602 it is quite bright, for me even to bright...it has bass when the bass hit but the high middle and highs are predominant, I really don't notice any warmth from it besides physically warmth :) it is a good and enough powerful amp or pre-amp for predominantly clear and bright listening...avoid it if your headphones are already low bass and very bright.

Good review. Looks like a good choice to make between the MT601 and MT602, depending on careful matching with the right headphones. If in the budget, I could be tempted to get both. Sounds like the MT601 has the smooth, warm sound I like in tube amps, an acquired taste from the 1950's gear my family grew up with. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. Good that Xduoo offers the M601 and M602 for nice choice of features, sound signatures, and sound-matching with headphones. Sounds like the M601 may be a better choice for bringing the best sound with headphones that are easier to drive. From your review and others I have seen, these are good products at good prices. They look decent, too. The red volume knobs are a nice styling touch that sets them apart. Thanks, again.
