Whilst our in-person and online classes are closed over the break, we have created a few videos of some of our usual workshops that you can access at any time over the Christmas break from the comfort of home.
Before joining, read this helpful guidance from Jasmin:
To get the most out of your sound bath experience, we recommend setting up a quiet, comfortable space to fully relax and immerse yourself. Lie down, sit on a yoga mat, cushions, or blankets, and wear loose, cosy clothing. Take a moment to set an intention for the session, safely close your eyes, and take a few soft, deep breaths to anchor yourself.
Silence any devices to avoid interruptions. For the best audio quality, use headphones or a good set of speakers, and dim the lights or light candles to create a calming atmosphere.
Sound therapy is generally safe, but if you are pregnant, have a medical condition like epilepsy or a pacemaker, or are sensitive to certain sounds, please consult a healthcare professional before participating. Should you feel any discomfort during the session, take a moment to sit up or open your eyes to ground yourself. Stay hydrated, and after the session, allow yourself time to transition gently before resuming your day.
