Haha I'm so glad it makes you laugh! It's not all the time, but most of the time lol. It doesn't help that I'm a libra and forever thinking about all sides of things lol. I hope your system works out for you! I am feeling a bit of fomo again- but I think it's just that the novelty wears off and then I'm craving that new system 🫣😅

Ooo, thank you for the suggestion! I will try them out. Now, I wish I purchased the B6 size as the week's size is a bit compact for me. Though, I am still going strong and am enjoying it, I will use it for the year with no problem. Currency exchange rates can be expensive sometimes. If I find something I really want I might save up:)

@@yesterdayonpaper last year I had a 1 page dashboard layout. I've also tried to week on 2 pages dashboard and a hobonichi weeks a few years ago. Most of my task are weekly not daily so I like having a spot for the daily stuff and the rest of the week open for to-dos. I also like that the left side of the page is structured instead of blank. I sometimes suffer from decision fatigue and that's one less thing for me to worry about, or feel like I need to decorate.

That is a great pen suggestion, I have been wanting to try their rapid dry pens. I hadn't thought about enviro-friendly covers, that is a good point to consider, especially with the majority of our planning tools not being too enviro-friendly either. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Those sound like good choices, have you heard of the Owl Paper Journals? They look lovely and spacious.

@@yesterdayonpaper I just stumbled upon the owl journal yesterday in some video and checked them out. They look really nice but... there are two things my 2025 planner needs to have. 1. It has to be a weeks size (so I can use the same leather cover I'm using) 2. It has to have the extra pages in the back because as well as it being a planner I wanted it to be my on the go writing journal for those occasions where I'm out and notice I have some time to write for a moment. So far the Hobonichi and Sterling ink are ticking all the boxes. But a year is a long time so who knows what new planners will pop up :)

@E.K289 The blank pages are important for me as well. I am appreciative that some planner brands are making versions available with them. It's a compliment to the ex-bullet journaler or for journalers on the go, as you mentioned. This is my first time using a week's size, and I am finding it nice. I plan to get the right size cover soon for it. It's pretty crazy for me coming from A5 bujos, a standard TN, and then Medium to large passion planners, down to weeks. I digress, but I am enjoying the downsize so far. The A6 bujo I tried this year, and it is so cute. But too small for me.

@@yesterdayonpaper Oh I can understand A6 being too small. The weeks is the smallest I'm willing to go because I no longer have neither a young woman's eyesight nor their microscopically small handwriting. Instead I have the eyesight of a +40 year old librarian with glasses and my handwriting is more on the medium to large size. Honestly my first thought when I got the weeks was, "this is too small, did I just make a mistake?". I did watch a lot of videos about the weeks, but UA-cam made it look much bigger. But surprisingly it's just big enough to fit everything I need. If you came from bigger sized, did you have the same thought when you saw the planner live?

@E.K289 I did in fact have the same thought 😂. I could have been bummed, but I was determined because I am loving the design. So far, I agree it's the smallest I could do. I tried personal rings and that was a surprise lol. With the right inserts it could but for now I'll just watch others lol.

The thought has crossed my mind for sure. But, I'm not familiar with personal-sized planners or inserts. It's also my only rings currently. Might be worth selling. Undecided still lol.

This will be my work catch-all:) I'm using a papertess Designs planner for a personal catch-all as well. Those are lovely colors! Yes, from what I saw at the time for dated, the classic black and navy were on sale for the minimalist ones.

Hello, yes! They are quite beautiful and have an open but functional design. I wanted the dated one and didn't check that the size was the same as a hobonichi weeks. I'm glad though, because the undated standard TN one doesn't suit my planning.

I missed the notification for your comments. Yes, they are pretty great! Indeed, the charm is not included. At the time of this video, I hadn't seen one of their planners in person before.

That's awesome! I noticed it does need to be broken in. I put some old inserts in to start that.
