I am extremely upset regarding State Farm and how they handle these claims. Something isn’t right with their adjusters they are so far out there but far from “uneducated” there reasonings are unreasonable or just straight ridiculous. I just “recently” switched from State Farm to another insurance company about 8-9 months ago because I saved substantially every month on my bill for the same coverage. However, my previous State Farm agent and her team have been calling me trying to get me back, I really do like my previous State Farm agent but I’ve seen like 8 of these State Farm videos and they are all ridiculous, this lady has been waiting a year and on the 3rd adjuster plus a manager this time and still can’t make reasonable adjustments or to just do their jobs and out their egos aside! I don’t think I’ll be switching back with State Farm after all these videos I’ve seen regarding them. A year later and still trying to fight her claim. Ridiculous this isn’t a personal injury case.. I’m not sure if the adjusters hands are tied from their “policy, training or quota” but they are very unreasonable and seem to be somewhat educated people so I’m not sure what’s going on but it has put a bad taste in my month. I don’t even search for these videos.. never searched anything State Farm or insurance, etc. these videos just randomly pop up. What a shame State Farm. (Like a good neighbor, we’re here for you!)
