I hadn’t seen the milk yet in individual packs. We don’t usually buy milk at Costco because we don’t go through it fast enough and my family won’t use it after it’s been frozen🤷🏼‍♀️. Now I guess I will have to take a look at getting milk on my next Costco run I noticed recently they also changed the muffins. Smaller sizes and only have to buy one pack. It’s worked better for us.

I was diagnosed with prediabetes, I went to a dietist but following the meal plan stresses me out, and I am always hungry, crave sweet bread, a cookie, chocolate etc. Its barely day 2 and I feel like I want to cry, I am hungry all the time.

I had the same problem and both of my knees but sadly pt didn’t help me do I needed surgery on both but my knee popped out multiple times a week gotten where I couldn’t bend it but surgery wasn’t that bad

Oh wow😮that must of been a scary situation for everyone on the bridge. Hopefully everything turned out to be fine. Glad you were able to get Ashley there on time!! Oh I be p’oed also if I had to deal with kids being rude and having bad sportsmanship!! My nephew coaches and is a Phs Ed teacher. He definitely would not put up with any kids being disrespectful to the other team. That’s cute that the younger girls were looking up to Ashley’s cheer team.
