@@davidpierce7318 I started in middle and stayed there, they give timing chips and move groups at end of each day. Full cost was about £1500 including and extra night there and a set of tyres I got fitted too. Went with a mate so shared room, car hire airport parking etc. But for 3 days, in what should be great weather, it's good value.

Cold tyres ?
Shouldn’t have been it was second to last lap of session, but it was cool wind. Several others through the day at start of sessions due to cold tyres. Data logger and video doesn’t really help work it out either, but at least I walked away without even a bruise.
Your taking easy he is pushing on cold tyres I think
Going off the dash, the orange tc light only seems to be working when bike relatively upright out of corner, where as when leaning it doesn't flicker, so is the orange tc more of a wheelie control light? and the dtc bar graph more for the slip control?
DTC cut in (looking at bar graph lhs) id say thats the way to ride the s1000rr, hoof it and let it dance! Unsure why no orange tc light, maybe it doesn't come on in race mode? Take a look at mike Edwards onboards and see if his orange tc light come on? ps- I know nothing!
I had plenty of orange light on at the same time as the graph in race pro mode. this one was different - didn't seem to show anything, but def cut revs after a sharp rise, then I reacted and shut throttle even more. That's why I thought it might have been a bump that corrected itself once weight went back on rear wheel.

Other lad was parked up next to me. He was fine, just a snapped shift lever - he so nearly kept it up I thought he had as we went round the corner and he went out of sight.

I just did the 15 mile loop from clay bank yesterday,that section on your vid is a real wrist killer but great fun..impressed at your speed down there I was not as fast but then again my eyes were closed half the time..

This was my first trackday. I took a proper FZR400 track bike but it failed the noise test, so I had to rush home and use the 600 Bandit I normally go to work on! Apologies for being a bit slow. Thanks for showing how it should be done. You're right about all the red flags - I think I only did one session for the full 20 minutes
Yes it was, He's just sold that R6 for a new 2007 model, I'm back there tomorrow with No Limits. hope to have some footage to post.
Great footage, My mate is on the 2000 R6 that cut back on your line at Barcroft and I'm on the 1999 R6 in front. This was my first ever track day and I put in a 1:46. loved it so much I went back on the 3rd and did a 1:40.4. Hoping to get a camera and post my own footage soon. Hopefully in the high 1:30's Cheers
