@@bethanyaudion9441 Unfortunately, you can't. The battery is soldered to the legs that get soldered to the board. You would have to pry the contact points off of the battery. I did this once when I was a kid to fix a copy of Legend of Zelda. It works, but you run the risk of damaging the board.

Thanks for attempting to watch it. I just do this for fun. There are plenty of other youtubers who are a hell of a lot better at this stuff than I am. I don't recall many videos using the flex cable at the time, so I was just trying to help other people out. I would recommend JayBoyModz or Macho Nacho Productions. They are a lot more professional than I am lol. Appreciate the feedback, though :)

@@NicoF22 Sega Saturn. I have the 2 Dreamcast ones I modded after the Astro City theme. I added removable battops (phreakmodz) on those.

I saw that after I made the mod. I ended up buying some to play with, but the project kind of fell to the wayside. Maybe one day I will go back and try them.

Thanks man, the sticks or crazy! There is a pinout for a ps1 controller on here. I haven't tested it yet, but I believe that making these ps1/saturn controllers might be possible. Need to do some more research on it though.

Thanks man. It may be possible to stuff some OBSFs in there, but there isn't a lot of room, especially towards the edge. The membrane buttons are just a bit taller than the low pros I put in.

Not at all, I find it is perfect. It is roughly the same height as the hori shaft, maybe a hair or two taller.

There is also a JLF short shaft in case the throw is too long. Its recomended specially if using a namco ps1 stick :)

Thanks man. Even has a 3d printed mock ds cartrage in as a dust cover. All and all I spent maybe to make everything(including the ds lite). The most expensive part was the ez flash omega. Spent 55 on it about a year ago. If you want to make one, let me know. I can send you a buy list. Took maybe 4 hours to make(2 of which were troubleshooting the USB-C)
