​@@dropthelowsound Ultimately I think its Inevitable for the same reasons we saw the Brolly movie. Some things KINDA suck, but are just to beloved by the community to be left out of the canon, or left to the side. People loved end of Z Pan, but were very split on GT Pan so it's a good chance to revisit her writing. The Daima "Black wish" can be tied into the negative energy that makes the shadow dragons form. Goku being a kid again would be WEIRD after Daima, but at least there's the opportunity to make jokes about it "how does this keep happening!" The thing that really stumps me will be reworking the Baby Saga. Will the heroes retain their God Forms? How will that effect Baby Vegeta? Will Piccolo Orange and Beast-mode Gohan be given more important fights? Can't wait to find out.

@@mult1versal Yeah I've been getting a lot of comments about this, I probably should've been more specific that I'm referring to the Daima timeline, since it was kind of up in the air whether or not this would be a different timeline like GT

@ daima timeline was never a thing tho? it takes place right after the buu saga

@ Right but that doesn't necessarily mean it would take place in the same timeline as Super. Daima could have easily taken place in a separate timeline like GT, but this episode seems to confirm that it does take place in the same timeline as Super

@ That is a very fair point, I didn't consider it like that. I thought about it more in a total dragon ball universe kind of way, where some things like the original Z movies aren't canon to the overall story, but yeah you're totally right

@@melodysky1984 To be fair, battle of gods was still part of Z when it came out, but I still think it's important to consider how these timelines work in dragon ball. It's pretty clear that Super and GT cannot exist in the same timeline, there are far too many differences. So I don't think it's totally out of the question for Daima and Super to be separate timelines, but after this episode I would say it's pretty clear the direction they're pushing it in.

@@extremedeerbruh2455 The issue is that Toei and Shueisha consider everything canon, GT and super alike, but they're on separate timelimes, so it easily could have been another timeline for Daima to exist on, especially since it takes place immediately after the Buu saga. Also I'm pretty sure End of Z is still canon, it just has minor retcons. That's why Uub is in the dragon ball super manga, since Super is getting close to catching up with end of Z

Damn that actually makes a ton of sense, it WAS the dna of fat buu. That's actually the best analysis of this outcome that I've seen

@@dropthelowsound it could also be thought that his general temperament could also be an effect of Arinsu doing the thing so their brains are linked, if bibidi did the same process with the witch, bibidi's intentions and temperament probably affected buu's creation, my assumption is bibidi had buu made with the intention of a buu being a weapon, arinsu while not speaking it, clearly wants something more out of kuu than just being a weapon, but at this point im speculating, only time will tell

@@Zaynyak51 I don't hate it, but it's definitely weird for them to go back like this and add new details that aren't relevant in super, I hope there's some sort of pay off when super comes back. As for Zalama, I'll be pretty shocked if he's mentioned in Daima at all, solely because we only know him for the super dragon balls which the characters won't know about in this series

@@FabledSorcerer I know it's kind of up in the air at this point whether or not this will be considered part of the DBS timeline, but a reason for this may be so they can make some of the aspects of GT canon fit into the current timeline. Sort of how they made DBS Broly so he could exist in the current timeline. Either way it's very clear that Daima takes a lot of inspiration from GT
