I checked, you cannot get it in the UK. I tried this, bc I’m vegan, and I think it’s actually really bad lol. I would suggest making your own smoothies with peanuts and chia seeds and fruit.

Mist impressive thing about this product... sugar free.. its stevia and they got the amount bang on didn't they? no nasty chemical sweetness or toxic sugar, I agree best one out there and I am no longer Vega, I went paleo.

You can add vanilla powder or liquid to improve the taste

Tbh I starting to take plant base protein because whey protein causes breakouts and I also take creatine so there is not much benefits when taking both .

It has grains in it which cause inflammation and mucous. Yes it’s better than whey protein but it’s a shame it has them in it. Like why can’t they take that crap out? Why they always wreck good things. Btw research dr morse. Only thing you should be putting in your body is raw fruit aka ALIVE cell vegetation. The highest vibrational food. These protein shakes always contain heavy metals doesn’t matter how organic or ‘healthy’ they seem. If they are sold in a shop and available for sale you know there’s a catch. Make your own shake from home

I have this in the Vanilla flavor - Form Performance Protein and it’s delicious too!!!!! the only thing is it doesn’t come with a plastic piece to serve inside the bag so I use a tablespoon but I never know for sure if I’m getting enough or too much

huge for keto diet if you are trying to not lose muscle while cutting. Net carbs in the mocha flavor is 5g-3g fibre = 2g which is crazy.

They had vanilla or chocolate. Non gmo soy protein isolate is the best imo. I don't believe all the negative news on soy. People need to ask themselves who are the people who fund particular studies (dairy/meat industry?). Watch the videos by Dr. McGregor & Dr. McDougall who are proponents of the health benefits of soy.

I think it tastes a lot how Play-Doh smells. I found this one extremely hard to drink bc it tasted so bad. I couldn’t even hold my breath and chug it down🤷🏽‍♀️

I didn't liked the taste, I read and enquired that it goes well with water.. However I feel like to throw up.. For 2 times I could manage but I'm not able to like it anyhow..
