Hello,Im 20 years old, when i was younger i was skating for 3 years and i had so many direct hits and blows right in the elbow and especially in the olecranon.Somtimes i was feeling like I had broke it.When i stop skateboarding i didn't have any pain but 2 years later(now)my olecranon started to hurt so much. It is Very very sensitive even with the touch.I mean i can't even rest my hand in the table.i have this pain for 9moths now.The MRI say's that i have edema(post traumatic origin) in the olecranon and high intensity signals with T2 sequences with fat suppression.Maybe i have bone morrow edema.what surgical options i have to relieve from this sensitive olecranon and avoid as much as possible post-traumatic arthritis? can somehow a bone graft help? Thanks
That was one messed up elbow.
My fracture is in almost the same place but my last two fingers are taped inside so I cannot really move them and my thumb, pointer, and middle finger are purplish blue and sometimes tingly. One night my pointer finger froze up completely.
Cast method heal displaced 1st base metacarpal fracture ..pls revert me

I have same problem after this surgery everything hi will be like before without any problem please?
Thank you for the straightforward and concise explanation of a general arthroscopy to have a look in the knee and do minimal clean-up of the (as needed) of any meniscus. Due to various practitioners, there has been much confusion created around general arthroscopy procedures.
this somehow looks really satisfying
Removing those spurs is equivalent to taking a massive doodoow

I want this guy to be my surgeon.
I fractured my elbow a year ago and now I have a clicking in my elbow😢
I got this both front and back plate. Plus a lunate scafoid ligament tear repaired with a bone anchor.
Thanks that was great. I assume that the articular cartilage grows back… I’m wondering if you were still performing these surgeries and if you do coronoid replacement for grade 2 fracture not repaired

Thank you for this video helped me in my condition.
Amazing video! I am getting this done next month. I wasn't sure what to expect before I had seen this video.
So how's it going now ?
@@btwitsmtk the procedure itself went OK. Was a little bit sore afterwards for a few days. I had general anesthetic as I was also having surgery on my thumb. :0
@@beckah9852 do you have full range of motion now?
@@foody4385hfh hey sorry just seen your comment. My surgery did not go well. :( too much inflammation in my elbow. I'm gonna need an elbow replacement. I cannot straighten my arm. I had surgery on my thumb also at the same time. That also did not go well. I was meant to have a basal joint replacement at the base of my thumb, surgen could not do that so he decided to remove a trapezium bone from my wrist. Now I don't have a very good movement range in my thumb.
@@btwitsmtk not good. 😵
9-9-21 last night my hand got too friendly with the fan. Not fractured but my middle and index fingers and the back of my hand. Every time I accidentally bump it, well it really hurts.
Beautiful job. Thanks for the post. Bravo!

Broken part from your bone or cartilage is loose body , in simple which is detached from ur joint partially or completely
