Not to go off topic. But do your watchers know the income solvency rate that Mexico requires to get resident status? It’s around 69,000 and 73,000 in Mexico City annual salary min requirement..
I'm not sure what my subscribers know :/

Word of advice, this from a Merida's local (legal resident in CA), if you are considering moving to Merida, I suggest you go and try the city in the hotter months (around May through September), Merida is a very hot and humid place and not all people can stand that combination, but if you can, the less hot months would be a piece of cake for you. It has been said by some people that Merida has two seasons, hot (80 to 100 F), & hell (100 & above, up to 120 F), however during the winter there are times when the weather is quite nice sometimes even chilly (for American standards), specially when the "nortes" come into the city. Locals call that "heladez" and for context temperatures between 50 & 60 F more or less, but that is just the exception to the rule, for the most part Merida is hot the year round.
The Va y Ven as well as the iTram bus services, are quite modern bus services in Merida, better than some buses in USA and they run all over the city (you can not miss them, the blue buses), and the cost is (or at least was) $12.00 pesos per ride using a rechargeable card. There are other older buses and vans called "combis" which are even cheaper (cash only) and also run all over the city. When it comes to transportation, Merida is very well connected.
I saw your sticker on northpark mall 🫶🏾

18:04 18:06 took me out 🤣🤣🤣🤣 about you thinking you doing your big one! I get it because I’m from Canada and anything $1000 less would be great for me. I am deciding between Playa, Tulum, and Merida. I don’t like Tulum. I like Playa and need to visit Merida. Thanks for your videos. New subscriber.

Wow! There’s a lot immigrants from US in Mexico.
@@gloriah.1576 not as many Mexican immigrants that are in the U.S.
How to talk partner into moving. I'm on disability age 63. He is 59. Has enough points with SS.
Take him on a trip to Mexico he may like it
You aren't an expat. You're an immigrant.
Its great you love it here in Mexico but you are an immigrant, not an expat. Use the correct words, be a little conscious now that you live in a different country and culture.
Look up the definition of an Expat. Next time you want to go to someone's comments to argue with them about what they are, please don't.
Update on how it's going in Mexico. Our family is thinking about moving abroad.
Does it matter if you’re black?
please, do not use the word expat in México. is offensive, you are an inmigrant and there is nothing wrong about it. the estadounidenses use the word expat in order to not to call themselves as inmigrants, because of their racism and their clasism. because they use inmigrant as an offense. and everytime you call yourself an expat you are replicating a racist and a clasist custome that the white gringos started. please, do not continue to perpetuate that racist use of the word expat... you are an inmigrant and you should be proud of it, means you are strong enough to leave all behind you in order to move foward in life
I just started my UA-cam channel and moved to Peru 🇵🇪 thanks for this video 😊
