I do feel for the guy in the mobility cart but it's not the motorists fault. Technically it's the fault of councils and town planners failing to make roads and pavements with adequate provision for parking. Please bear this in mind when building new houses and streets.

Jon was an incredible drummer...make no mistake...some say underrated but his work is there to listen to forever...and to me it's totally up there with the best of the British classic players from the 60s and 70s

Once again the rhetoric but nobody with a viable solution. Ok don't park on the pavement....the result. Traffic jams as far as the eye can see on every street because every street effectively becomes a single lane road for very, very long stretches.
