The trick is to just lightly pull back on the joystick when you gain speed from falling so you go back up half the distance you fell. Then just repeat the process. Tapping just kills your momentum very abruptly. Hope this helps!

If you are using discord it has a "loudness" filter that is hard to bypass for recording audio.
