Luckily we have regular medication that are proven to help with these problems.
The best way out is through. Anxiety treatment which address the core triggers have proven to be most effective. Essentially requiring your entire system through meditation* (not medication). Inner healing is the medicine. It’s a rough world, but transforming the way we perceive and interact with it, is empowering and can lead to the transformation you are looking for. ❤
