I am from India, and got aloe Ferox seeds from silverhill seeds. I have found its homemade recipe. I scooped out its white gel and crushed it with little ginger and lemon juice in the mixer. I am consuming this squash with a cup of water daily.

I have used Cale Aloe/Aloe xerox and found it very good in dealing with health issues. It is not easy to find in the United States.
