This review is very misleading. The DR does not use less storage space at all, it needs more. The DR hoses will require replacement at a minimum, every year due to holes and tears from normal yard use. The collector cover fabric on the DR is strong, but the seam at the rear part is exceedingly weak and begins to come apart in under one season’s use (I’ve been through two already). DRs solution is to “not fill the collector up completely”. Also, the venting material on the top of the collector cannot withstand the continuous beating it takes from leaf material being thrown into the collector. I ended up having to attach a piece of leather to hang near the rear of the collector to direct the material down and away from the vent area and the rear wall. My first DR was bought several years ago when the collector was solid plastic walls. I had to make modifications and repairs several times over the years I had it, including several new hoses until I bought a hose from Cyclone Rake. I ended up buying the newest DR model (321 Pro) a couple of years ago. The very first thing I did was replace the hose with one from Cyclone Rake. I’ve never had a single tear or hole out of the CR hose. I’m now having vibration issues with the DR that if I can’t get rectified will probably destroy the engine. My next purchase will be a Cyclone Rake.

Terrible review. I've been researching both of these brands and your comments are inconsistent with other reviews and the factory specs provided by both companies. First, there are several models from each company yet you seem to pick only one without specifying and then draw conclusions. For example, you indicate the Cyclone is trailer mounted but you show pics of the DR trailer mounted model. You also indicate the Cyclone has a larger capacity but that's simply wrong. The Cyclone Commander has a 285 gallon capacity while the DR Pro 330 has a 330 gallon capacity. Other models have larger or smaller capacities but that was not clear in the narrative. Bottom line, your analysis is unclear at minimum and just plain wrong at the worst. It's vague, shallow and confusing. I still haven't decided which model to buy but this review doesn't help.

I'm considering trying the cyclone this fall. I tried the DR top model a few years ago, and while it worked well and dumped well, the hose simply would not hold up. In only 6 uses (fall leaf cleanup), I had FIVE tears in the hose. I ended up returning it. Hopefully, the Cyclone hose will hold up since it stays stationary.

I have a new Toro battery mower, it sucks, drive wheel falls off in 2nd hour, battery shorts, and on-line Toro will not take it back. They do not take items back if you use it for 1 minute! Their rear left geared wheel unbolts itself from the bracket, it self destructs! Two others have the same problem. Their repair dealer literally told me "with Toro, its Buyer Beware". I have a Toro case number, a BBB case number, and a US Consumer Product Safety Commission case number. Save yourself and learn from my mistake, and stay away from Toro.

Buy the 150 and buy an extra middle tube don't use the tappered down middle tube that the 150 comes with and now you have same CFM as the 350BT. The 150 is also lighter. The 150 also has the primer bulb on the side easy to get to and the 150 has an easy to reach choke right on top.

DO NOT BUY Worx products, they do not support their customers. Example, I have two 56volt appliances, a lawnmower and a trimmer, for which it is impossible to get replacements bateries. Their suggestion: buy a new tool!

Obviously an AI read script, with mispronunciations. Also, you displayed gas motors in the video. By the end I thought maybe you were describing "brushed" mowers as gas motors. Very confusing video that did nothing more than take words found elsewhere and put them to a misleading video of multiple lawnmowers. No helpful at all.

Rubber by far! I’ve had my rubber hose for over 40 years! No kinks, no leaks, no cracks. I have a Goodyear rubber hose for about 25 years and it sits in the sun every day! No breaks or leaks! I do keep water in it between uses during the hottest months to help it maintain its shape and durability. During cooler months I shut the supply off and drain it after each use. My neighbor went through three cheap flexible , vinyl hoses in one season! What a waste of money!

Hi thanks im a subscriber. Thanks for your great helpful videos. Question please : Im just starting up with no lawn mower but i have a very nice new Stihl weed eater that i cut my own grass with using long 8 foot side to side passes that i can do a whole standard size front yard in about 20-25 minutes or so. Then i rake it up and dispose of the grass. Can i temporarily only use the stihl weed eater to do peoples yards until i save up for a new honda mower ? Would i be looked down on for that or as long as i do a good job and great customer service, people will be happy ? Thanks. Anybody knowledgeable please reply soon.

I bought a Honda HRR 5 years ago and ended up giving it away. Worst piece of crap I ever owned. Had a defective carburetor right out of the box. The Honda power products dealer put a new one on it under warranty, and that one didn’t work either. Three times a charm. A year later, the self propelled transmission failed. The next season the axle bushings seized. (Honda uses a steel axle, that runs thru a steel bushing, that passes thru a steel holder.) Geez... what could go wrong?!?! Toro uses sealed ball bearings. Lastly... I had to cut my lawn twice with the Honda as it left stray grass blades sticking up with one pass (even with new or freshly sharpened blades). Most of my neighbors have Toro Personal Pace mowers (two are 20 years old) and they never have problems. I dumped my Honda for a Toro and and never looked back.

I have a 16" eight y/o Sun Joe. Works as well as day one. It came with one battery but I bought an extra for backup. I rotate each cutting. The only thing I have had to do is replace the blade and that's it. I would certainly buy again.

i want a new mower so bad but my 18 year old honda powered toro just won't die and the thing never needs any work. i just replace air filter, oil and spark plug every other year and the thing keeps going. original carb on it too!
