Hi guys..HELP!! My 83 y.o. father is very ill, and I moved in with him 3 months ago to care for him. He uses Spectrum, so I plugged my devices in with his plan! However, this is a BIG problem..I had Cincinnati Bell at home (my now empty house), and Cincinnati Bell is STILL billing me! I have a $400. bill that I refuse to pay! I have spent 10 hrs on the phone and these people can't speak English, and I can not speak Hindi! I went to my house, and unplugged my internet and they can still e-mail me although it is diconnected...They are harassing me, and I do not know who to contact about this? THANKS! They are scamming me!

Fixed wireless from TMO which I have does not have consistent speed . I was told speed gets degraded (2.2 Mbps from 45 Mbps )when way too many users on serving cell. Does your internet provide consistent speed ?

Hello , fixed wireless operators will sometimes deploy LTE for fixed wireless access as it is a very robust protocol that doesn't give a fuck about signal levels or oversubscription ( within reason )

Many people don't own a computer and any internet that is fast enough to stream HD to a few devices is fast enough for most people. I however am not most people. I have an IT background and have a dozen or more internet enabled devices in my house including 4 computers, 6 tablets and 6 Amazon AI (Alexa) devices....AND I NEED MY 1 GIG FIOS CONNECTION. I just wish it was faster. Anyway speed is great when on a desktop computer but not a noticeable factor on a cell phone or tablet.

So this does not work in all situations as you need RF line of site. Otherwise, it's a great idea and wish I could as the only available internet is 4G LTE with 4x4 MIMO at 20 ft plus

Nice vid guys. I'd be willing to pay you to help me. Been fighting with my wireless ISP for 2 years now to fix high latency issues. Consistent ping spikes over 3,000 but, they're super sporadic. Had a whole new install done recently. Nothing has been fixed.

The issue that I’ve heard of mostly with fixed wireless is the need for a tower. Often costing a lot more than a DSL installation. I live in an area with a lot of trees and I’d love to get fixed wireless but $3k for a tower…just can’t do it.
