Exactly my ex ignored me three mths came bk now we were getting along great and all of a sudden a change in him I was standing by him being there and he freaked out making me think it's me when I know it's him so now I'm a very powerful woman n moving forward it's his list nr mine I will focus on my career my job etc

This is so powerful - my challenges with self awareness have been tough to understand. I need to take this information and really apply it to my own train of thought to help me establish my self worth. I immediately jump to negative conclusions when I should look at the bigger picture first .
