first of all thank you very much for your video I followed everything, I even put the video in x0.5 but when I get to the step for bending the arm and taking the cube, the arm clamps go inside and the arm does not not complete his descent
yeah even I am having the same issue but I followed the instructions down to a T.

Hi Primitives are constraints, but the contact is not. For example, impact can be simulated and analyzed with the contact, but with the primitives you can just constrain motion of two body.

Could you help how can I define total COG for this system and determine its magnitude during the time?
You're welcome. To define the COG of the whole model, you must create a function measure according to the COG relation(system of particles).
