Actor and singer Paul Chambers has not only performed on TV and stage but also toured the United States and overseas in a one man Christian program of singing, comedy and drama.
Monty Python's SPAMALOT / Full Musical (2024) / Paul Chambers in 5 Roles
After an eight and half year absence from the stage (due to a performance anxiety he had developed) Paul finally returned to the stage in Monty Python's SPAMALOT. Presented by Chino Community Theater (were he last performed in The Elephant Man) Paul played the Historian, a Not Yet Dead Guy, a Knight, Napoleon and Brother Maynard. It was an amazingly talented cast and one of Paul's favorite shows to be in!

On September 3, 2023, Paul was asked by sister, Pati, to sing, There's A Reason, at their church, Mt. Baldy Village Church in Mt. Baldy Village, CA. This video mixes in Paul singing it in 1986 while in Fort Wayne, Indiana. But the actual last time Paul sang the song was at his mother's memorial in January 1999, some 24 years ago.

Bizarre role for you to accept. Were you nervous? Did the other cast members and crew tease you?
Sorry, I just saw this. I usually have comments turned off so this surprised me. Since your comment/question got through I will answer. Yes, it was bizarre. When I was sent the line to audition with I had no idea of the context! And, after six of us were called back for the final audition I got the part! I wasn't nervous since it was only one line that I couldn't forget. It was fun to be part of a prime time sitcom. We had two rehearsals and two performances in front of a live audience. I even had my own dressing room with my name on the door! No cast or crew teased me. But, I was out of my comfort zone having to be dressed like that from dress rehearsal and during our dinner break!
