The biggest issue with the tnr process is leaving the cats in trap and that is stupid method. Not to mention the "organizations" down there are very helpful. I get calls ALL the time down there begging for help. So you have. alot going against the tnr program and yes of course the money is the issue. I can do 30 cats in 1 day using traps and carriers. instead only trapping 10 at a site with 30 cats seems like a huge waste of time. Stray cat alliance is a joke
