Who Cares. is a chance for us to have fun retelling history, exploring what’s relevant today without subjecting our actors to the prejudices of the time. Oppenheimer was great and all, but let the girlies do war crimes too.
It has been my greatest pleasure to work with this brilliant script, and a cast brimming with creativity. Bennett and I have been improv partners and dearest friends since freshman year. This is my attempt at translating his terrifying wit for you all. I have also worked with most of this team over the past few years. Growing with them is exactly the experience Project Spotlight is all about. We would like to extend a special thanks to Sophia Gonzalez, the director of Honestly?

I actually didn't write Who Cares. I have recently acquired a haunted house
through an estranged uncle I was previously unaware of. But when I entered the house, I found out it was haunted! By a ghost, no less! His name is Frederick Ectoplasm the 3rd and he whispered into my ear all of the dialogue and yelled at me, wrenching and warping his form whenever I fell behind his dictation, mistyped a word, or tried to take a picture of him. This guy's old school! Monocle, muttonchops, never used a toilet, friends with Martin Van Burin, he died in 2014. He's super happy with how the play turned out. In fact, I think he's here tonight!
