it looks like they are also potentially working on moichi V2 (we saw what looks like a new moichi attack or moichi m1 somewhat reccently in sneaks) to go potentially with the wholecake island update, maybe they will add a katakuri boss that uses moichi v2 kinda like how they added kizaru for pika v2, but that might be me hoping for moichi v2 as a moichi user myself

there will be no update 11.5. update 12 is coming next, and it is CONFIRMED to be whole cake island by phoeyu himself, on the top of the update log of update 11. It also says that anniversary update might be delayed to january because of it. this means that we can safely expect whole cake to roll out in mid-late (or even early, but i feel like thats a little ambitious) december. at least, I really don't believe we're gonna get it in november, we just got an update after all.
