Salute @students ... If I were the CM,firstly, i will focus on reservation policy . Reservation should be scrapped totally all together immediately, otherwise kashmir will not develop and go to ruins, only deserving people should be given reservation, which should be based on income ... Upto 75% should be om only 25% should be given reservation. I will ensure basic quality education upto class 12th students then every child should be left to fight their own battle, .: 2ndly i will focus on marriages of kashmir, a fixed amout of money should invest on marriage,3: I will focus on technology which in return will automatically focus on environmental issues, health, education and other systems. 😊
